Sunday Blue

I do not say that I dislike work, but I don't know why that I become depressed at the evening of Sunday.　　　
My favorite sunset makes me feel lonely weekdays on Sunday.　　　
When I hear the anime song of "Sazaesan" from a television , I want to shout "Noooooooo!!!"　　

That's why, I'm excited more at the night of Sunday when Monday is national holiday than nights of Friday and Saturday.　

　I do not think that I do not want to go to a company and do not think I don't want to work.I just feel blue......every Sunday evening....

仕事が嫌いなわけではない私ですが、やっぱり日曜日の夕方は何だか憂鬱になります。

平日には大好きな夕焼けも、日曜日には寂しい気分になるし、「サザエサン」の音楽がテレビから耳に入るだけで、「あ”－－－」という気分になります。
なので、月曜日が祝日だと、日曜日の夜は金曜日や土曜日の夜よりもかなりテンションがあがります♪　　

会社にいきたくないとか、仕事したくないとかではない、こんなブルーな時間。毎週繰り返してます。

Looks real !

I often use wig . A recent wig looks just like genuine hair.　　It is not reason by fashion and the reason is because I don't like a troublesome job.　　I choose that I use the wig that it is just easy , because my hair is curled hair and to take time to gather up hair.
I stayed at Tokyo for a business trip yesterday and returned today. I used my wig yesterday, but I didn't use it because my hair was nothing wrong for some reason today and was gathered up...

When a turn of baggage check of an airport came without thinking about anything as usual, I remembered that I had PET bottle in my bag , and I was going to take out it . Then my wig caught on PET bottle jumped out from a bag...................The examiner and other customers were surprised very much...All of us stared at the wig which looks like a human head for a while..

I was relieved I wasn't arrested..

私はウィッグをよく付けます。最近のウィッグは本物の髪そっくりです。私が使うのは、決しておしゃれでというわけではなくて、横着だからです。くせ毛の私は、髪をまとめるのに時間がかかるので、つい楽チンなウィッグを使ってしまうのです。。
昨日は出張のために東京に泊まって、今日帰ってきました。昨日はウィッグをつけていたのですが、今日はなぜか髪がうまくまとまってたので、自分の髪のままで移動していました。

いつもどおり何も考えずに空港の手荷物検査の順番がきた時、カバンにペットボトルを入れていることを思い出し、急いで取り出そうとしました。その時、ペットボトルにひっかかって、私のウィッグが飛び出しました・・・。検査員も他のお客さんたちも、それはそれは驚いたこと！人間の頭かと思うようなリアルな感じで着地したヴィッグを、みんながちょっとボーゼンと見ていました。

逮捕されなくてよかったです。。。

I felt the old time

My boss took me to a long-established restaurant "bird sukiyaki" founded in about 1897 .
It's in Tokyo where was called Edo.　
They haven't changed their style that stew in an iron pan　heated by High-quality charcoal bincho since they started their business .
They have used the building of early period of Showa that avoided war damage as a sukiyaki restaurant.　

It was pleasant that I felt the atmosphere of the early Showa period with my body not to mention eating delicious sukiyaki。。
I felt like I enjoyed old time , even if I wasn't born.　　
I want to take my friends to this different spatial time with me.

今日は上司に、明治３０年頃創業の老舗｢鳥すき焼き｣専門店に連れて行ってもらいました。
それは昔は江戸と呼ばれていた東京にあります。　
備長炭を使って鉄鍋で煮込むスタイルは、創業当時から変わっていないそうです。
建物は戦災を免れた昭和初期の建物全体をすき焼き屋さんとして使っています。

美味しいスキヤキを食べるのはもちろん、この空間全体を肌身で感じることが楽しかったです。
それに、私はずっとタイムスリップしたような感覚を楽しんでいました。　

この異空間にみんなを連れて行ってあげたいです。

Whose holidays??

Is a Japanese a hard worker? Is it the environment where it is hard to take a holidays?
I mean about paid holidays we can take anytime we want.
That's the questioun!

I think that I take my holidays more than others. However I feel bad to coworkers , even if the holidays are MINE.!!Most fellow workers lose past unused paid holidays automatically every year.

I heard funny news from my company today.　

The news said that we must take 7 days paid holidays from July to September....
What???　７holidays are mine..I wanted to take on Octomber.....Paid holiday is the holiday I can take anytime I want....I was surprised !

I want to think it's my company's strategy that they make employees take some holidays, even if those holidays are THEIR'S.

日本人は働き者なのか？休みづらい環境なのか？休みたいときに取れる有給休暇のことですが、とっても疑問です。
私はどちらかというと有給休暇をとるほうだと思います。それでもやっぱり、長く休みを取るのは気が引けるものです。会社にというより、同僚に対してかもしれません。私の有給休暇なのにです・・。ほとんどの同僚は、使ってない有給休暇を毎年自動的に失っていきます。。

今日は、会社からおかしなお知らせがありました。" 7月から9月の間に７日間の有給休暇をとるように”ということでした。。

え”？？？私の有給休暇なのに・・？　１０月にとろうと思ってたのに・・？

みんなに休みを取りやすくしてあげようという会社の作戦だと思いたい私です。。。

A chocolate and a daughnut

All the women seem to like sweet food , people around me is the same as them.　　I don't know why the cake which is a souvenir from somewhere is in particular sweet !
I love spicy food , but I basically don't like sweet food . It is a well-known fact among my friends and fellow workers, but when kind people I don't know well give me sweet food , it's hard tosay I can't eat.....
like a punishment game......
Because I became an adult, I got possible to swallow it　with a black coffee without thinking...It is me who do not almost eat dessert of a lunch set either, but there is a doughnut covered with the sugar which only one kind I can eat.

Why?
My mother gave me the same doughnut while she was shopping when I was a child. Someone told me that human taste is influenced of the taste that a person knew..　

I don't eat even one chocolate, and my taste to be able to eat a doughnut covered with such a sugar seems to be by my mother.........

女性はみんな甘いものが好きだとよく言われる。私のまわりの人達も例外ではありありません。特に、どこかからのお土産といって配られるお菓子は、とにかく甘い！
私は、辛いものは大好きですが、甘いものは基本的に苦手です。友人や同僚の間では周知の事実なのですが、あまり面識のない人が親切そうにくださる甘いものは、特につらい。
罰ゲーム感覚です。
私も大人になったもので、何食わぬ顔をしてブラックコーヒーで流し込む技も身につきました。。。ランチセットのデザートもほぼ食べない私ですが、１種類だけ食べれる砂糖まみれのドーナツがあります。

なぜでしょうか。
小さいとき、母のショッピング待ちで、いつもこのドーナツを与えられていたようです......

人の味覚の一部は小さいときに食べたものが影響すると聞いたことがありますが、チョコレート１粒を断って、そんな砂糖まみれのドーナツを食べれる私の味覚は、母のおかげのようです。。。

Easy to forge

Seals are more important than signeturse in Japan. Because signetures don't have legal force in Japan.

I'm not sure if only Japanese need a personal seal in society.　　We have some kinds of personal seal. I have my registered seal that I use only my important situation like registration of real estate . I also have my personal seal for bank . And I have my signet. I must use my signet on various occasion when I work. When I write reports or read reports...it means a proof I did or it's mine. A company has also own seal. If a circulation of a document doesn't have company's seal , it's inoperative. 　　

We have an identification has a registered seal, a driver's license, a health insurance card, a student identification card, an employee ID card, but In my opinion , a registered seal is the easiest to be forged in this...................

日本ではサインより印鑑が重要です。日本ではサインは法的に有効ではないからです。

社会生活で「印鑑」を必要とするのって日本人だけなのでしょうかね・・。印鑑には何種類かあります。不動産の契約のような大事な時に使う「実印」。銀行口座用の「銀行印」。そして、「認印」。仕事をしてると、ハンコを押さなきゃならない場面がいっぱいあります。レポートを書いたり、読んだり、それを見ましたとか、しましたとか、私のです、という証拠みたいなものですね。　会社にも会社の印鑑というものがあって、もし稟議書に印鑑がなければ効力はないってことになります。　　　

身分を証明するものを考えてみると、はんこ、運転免許証、健康保険証、学生証、社員証などがありますが、この中で一番偽造しやすいのって、はんこだと思うんですよね・・・。

Drinking coffee

I don't remember since when .....I love coffee very much..I drink many cups of coffee while I'm working and I'm not working. It means....all the time♪

My mom , my coworkers and my friends keep saying to me
"Drinking coffee is bad for your body"
"Coffee makes your stomach feel pain"
" You won't be able to sleep "

"Coffee makes your body acidify "

I don't lose♪because when I drink coffee ,
"I'm fine, My stomach doesn't feel pain , I can sleep easily !! I don't know if my body turn acidify...."

These days some people say " Drinking coffee is good for abbody " "Drinking coffee works good for cancer".....

OK.......I don't know.

I think that drinking coffee is not bad and good for a body.
Anyway I am not confused by such those simple rumors♪

いつ頃からか憶えてませんが、私はコーヒーが大好きです！仕事中も仕事をしてないときも、ずーっと飲んでいます。
私の母も、同僚も友人も口をそろえて
”コーヒーは身体に悪いよ～”
”胃が痛くなるよ～”
”眠れなくなるよ～”
”身体が酸性になるよ～”と言い続けています。
そんな言葉には負けません。だって、コーヒー飲んでも”元気だし、胃も痛くならないし、簡単に眠れるし。身体が酸性になってるかどうかは定かじゃないですけど”

最近では、”コーヒーは身体に良い”とか”癌に効く”とか言う人もいます。

よく分かりませんが。

私が思うに、そんなに騒ぐほど良くも悪くもないのでしょう。
とにかく私は、そんな噂には惑わされませんけどね♪

My grandmom's museum

My grandmother is the greatest person I know in my life.
She is 87 years old woman , lives by herself. My grandfather died when my mother was a child. So my grandmother had brought up my mom by herself and also she had worked until she retired. My parents continued telling a grandmother to live together, but she had not listened to it at all .

We encountered Hanshin Awaji great earthquake disaster about 10 years ago, and the grandmother who lived in the center of Kobe lost all including her house. After while , she lived with us, but she has moved into an apartment for victims in the area where she used to live .
Now she is very fine , cooks healthy by herself , goes out with friends or alone every day. One of her pleasure is the handicraft lesson that volunteers teach her once a week. There are full of her handicrafts in her house.....like her museum.

She has strong spiritual strength and is tender, cute and is always busy .
Her favorite phrase is " Please tell me before a few weeks the day you want to come because I'm so busy every day"

私のおばあちゃんは最高だ！８７歳で独り暮らし。おじいちゃんは、母が子供の頃に亡くなり、それからはおばあちゃんが女手一つで母を育てた。定年まで働いて。
父と母は、一緒に住もうっておばあちゃんに言い続けていたが、一切耳を貸さずって感じでした。

１０年ほど前、私達は阪神淡路大震災に遭い、神戸の中心に住んでいたおばあちゃんは、家も何もかも失いました。そこから少しの間は一緒に暮らしていましたが、もと住んでいた辺りに立てられた復興住宅に引っ越しちゃいました。
今は、おばあちゃんはとっても元気で、毎日健康的なごはんを自炊して、友達とやら独りでやら出かけています。中でも、ボランティアの人達が毎週教えに来てくれる「手作り教室」がお気に入りの一つのようです！家の中はおばあちゃんの作品で溢れています。美術館みたいです。

おばあちゃんは、精神力が強くて、優しくて、可愛くて、いつも忙しい人です。おばあちゃんの口癖は「来たい日ががあったら２．３週間前くらいに教えてね～。私忙しいから」です。

Obtuse?

Though I heard that the rainy season set in, rain does not fall recently...Just I thought so , it rained like a storm today. I am the human being who is not careful at all...In other word , I think that I'm a obtuse person. 　I believed that it would rain tomorrow I don't know why... I did my laundry today ,I don't know why...I did so much..I used a washing machine many times and dried them in a balcony each time. Yes..there is a roof in a balcony . So I have finished hanging out all the laundry without noticing that it rained really and then I noticed that at last it rained when I was going to go out.

I was surprised to myself and worried about myself so much

梅雨入りしたというのに、あんまり雨が降らないな～と思っていた矢先。今日は嵐のように雨が降りました。私は根っからの注意深くない人間、というか、ボーっとしてるんだと思いますけど。
何故か日曜日に雨が降ると信じていた私は、何故か今日洗濯をしてしまいました。それも大量に。何度か洗濯機をまわしていたので、その都度ベランダに干しに出ていました。確かにベランダには屋根があります。でも一切雨に気づかずに、せっせと洗濯物を干しきっていたのです。その後外出するときに初めて雨が降っていることに気づきました。

自分で自分にびっくりして、自分のことが本当に心配になりました。

Taste difference

I went to Tokyo for business trip today again. But I wasn't alone today . with 2 coworkers. So I could enjoy the way I always do.

Eating Udon (a bowl of noodles in soy-flavored soup)at a boarding gate particularly.
Only we can order Udon or Soba(buckwheat noodles) and pick toppings we want. Udon is Kansai area wind soup stock and Soba is Kanto area wind soup stock are normal, but can change soup stock . Because soup stock of Kansai is light and soup stock of Kanto is thick BADLY are normal , it is changed into even instant cup udon.

I can't eat soup stock of Kanto even if I can eat Udon alone at the airport.....

今日も東京出張。でも今日は一人じゃない。なので、私のいつものコースも楽しくすごせました。

特に、搭乗口横で食べるうどん。「すうどん」か「すそば」しか注文できないけれど、トッピングを自分で取って食べれます。うどんは関西風だしで、そばは関東風だしというのが標準ですが、希望を言えばだしを交換できます。関西のだしは薄く、関東のだしは濃いのが普通なので、インスタントのカップうどんでさえ、だしは変えてるそうですね・・。

たしかに、空港で独りでうどんは食べれても、関東風だしのカップうどんは食べれない。

Only hiragana letters are enough

I forget a character well recently. Of course a kanji.　　　
I'm sure because... I use only a PC and it became rare that I write a character by myself.

Japanese use Hiragana , Katakana and Kanji.
There were no written words until Chinese characters were brought in from China in about the 5th century. We use Kanji because Chinese culture strongly influenced the development of Japanese culture.
Hiragana and Katakana are the words what Kanji were simplified in about the 9th century.
Strangely　we have a good command of using them naturally...

For most Japanese, an object to forget anytime is only kanji..not Hiragana or Katakana..
I really hope so.

最近字をよく忘れる。もちろん漢字を。
パソコンばかり使って、自分で字を書くことがほとんどなくなってきたせいだと思います。

私達は、ひらがな、カタカナ、漢字を使います。
5世紀くらいに中国から漢字が伝わるまで、日本には文字ってものはなかったそうです。私達が漢字を使うようになったのは、中国の文化に影響を受けたせいなんですよね。ひらがなとカタカナは９世紀くらいに漢字を簡素化して作られたものだそうです。
自然に使い分けてますけど、不思議です。

ほとんどの日本人にとって、忘れる対象はいつでも漢字だけだと思います。
まさか、ひらがなやカタカナの書き方は忘れたくないですね。

Personal Information Protection Law

I'm doing work of the privacy mark acquisition a little in a company.　　
A Japanese company was thrown into an uproar very much since the Personal Information Protection Law was enforced last year．　To trust each other is a Japanese culture. even if it's value in Japan , it will not be so seeing from foreign countries.　like "We fear that we work together with Japanese" I don't think that to doubt and to grasp a risk are the same . I just think that grasping every risk is so difficult. I get it too seriously or I'm under the impression that it will be all right.

I have always been carefree character. That's why it is painful work for me. I went to a bar some days ago.Many customers have their own bottle of whisky at the bar. Each bottle has a tag. Each number was written in it. Each number represent each customer. Before each name was written...

Because of the Law!! It seems like prisoners..............................

私は会社でプライバシーマーク取得の仕事に少し携わっています。
昨年個人情報保護法が施行されてから、日本の会社は大変な騒ぎになっている。信用するのが文化！みたいな日本の体質は日本国内では価値があっても、海外から見ると「おいおい、怖くて一緒に仕事できないよ。」ってとこなのでしょう。まぁ、疑うことと、リスクを把握することは違うと思いますが、あらゆるリスクを把握するって難しいことだなって思います。大丈夫と思い込んでることも多いかと思えば、ムキになって考えすぎたり。

もともとお気楽な性格の私には大変な仕事なのです。この前バーに行くと、キープされて並んでいるボトルのタグには全て番号が書かれていました。前は名前だったのに・・。

個人情報の関係だそうです。囚人みたいで変な感じです。

How to receive

The Japanese tanka that a working woman spoke in the same company today.　　

”When somebody beats hands , a carp comes , a bird flies away and a maid prepares to serve tea .....at the Sarusawa Pond. ”

It means when someone beats hands beside the Sarusawa pond , a carp think someone give food , a bird feels danger and flies away and a woman of a tea house thinks that a visitor came and serves tea.This song expresses　that how to receive is various by a person even if someone does or says the same thing . There is such a case the words that someone intend to have praised someone and said are taken for irony or the words someone want to give gentle feeling injure someone ...I think this is an interesting song expressing a heart of a person to be a very complicated thing . 　　　

I really want to be the person that can value both sense of values of other people and my sense of values.

今日、同じ会社で働く女性が話していた日本の短歌。

「手を打てば鯉は餌と寄り鳥は飛び立ち女中は茶を持つ猿沢池」　

意味は、猿沢の池のほとりで手をたたくと、鯉は餌をもらえるかと寄ってくる。鳥は危険を感じて飛び去っていく。茶店の女性はお客が来たと思いお茶を入れる。つまり、相手を褒めたつもりでも言った言葉が皮肉に取られたり、優しい気持ちで言った言葉が相手を傷つけたり様々で,人の心はなかなかわかりにくいことを、あらわしている面白い歌だと思います。

私は、他の人の価値観も、自分の価値観も大切にできる人でありたいと思います。

Difficult pleasure

I'm reading a new book in English.
I have begun to read it with an easy feeling .
BUT The book is so difficult for me…means there are so many vocabularies I don't know in it.

I was depressed lightly.

I couldn't even guess many sentences…Now I'm reading with dictionary ,it's still difficult but I really enjoy looking up words !
I feel like That I want to keep doing it all day, but I have to work.......

I look forward to the day when I finish reading this book very much.

私は新しい英語の本を読み始めました。
軽い気持ちで読み始めたのですが、これが難しい。ってゆーのは、知らない単語があまりにも多いのです。

軽く落ち込みました。

　だって、推測すらできる状態ではないのです。辞書を片手に読んでるのですが、それでも読むのが難しいのと単語を調べるのが楽しい気持ちと両方で、１日中これを続けていたい気分です。
まぁ仕事に行かなきゃいけないんですけど。

この本を読み終わる日がものすごく楽しみなのです！

Keep quality

I order delivery of organic foods once a week. We can eat almost any vegetables and fruits regardless of a season these days.
In fact , it's not usual..　　
Farmers make vegetables of summer by force in winter , make fruits of fall by force in spring !　　Eating vegetables in a season , Eating the food which matched climate of land , These are the most natural for foods and body.　　
By such reason , I decided to order them.　I was half in doubt at first, but vegetables arrived and I understood.　Because a cabbage smelled of a cabbage, and the carrot tasted of the carrot which I disliked. This company seems to perform a surprise inspection of a farmhouse to keep quality of an article. They seem to check influence from a neighborhood not to mention the check that farmers don't use a pesticide.　If a pesticide is uses in neighboring land even if the farming family does not use a pesticide, the reason is because true chemical-free vegetables are not made.　

It seems that it needs hard work to make a genuine foods.
I should appreciate!

私は有機野菜の配達を週に１回注文しています。　最近は季節なんて関係なく野菜でも果物でも食べることができます。
でもそれって、本当は普通じゃないんですよね。農家の人達は、冬に無理やり夏の野菜を作ったり、秋の果物を無理やり春に作ったりしています。季節野菜を食べること、土地の風土に合った食べ物を食べること。それが１番自然なことなんですね。それで注文することに決めました．　最初は半信半疑でしたが、野菜が到着して納得しました。キャベツはキャベツの匂いがするし、ニンジンは私の嫌いだったニンジンの味がしたからです。この会社は、商品の品質を保つために、農家の抜き打ち検査を行っているそうです。その農家で農薬を使っていないかどうかはもちろん、まわりからの影響もチェックするそうです。たとえその農家が農薬を使っていなくても、隣の土地で農薬を使用していれば、本当の無農薬野菜は作られないからです。

本物を作るって大変な作業が必要なんですね。
感謝して食べなきゃと思います。

Talent

I went for the live broadcasting that a boyfriend of a fellow worker of a company played today.　 My fellow worker has live broadcasting of a recital with a musical instrument in next week, too. Two people are music couples.　 Even if I don't have any talent of music , I was able to enjoy very much. They continue working to continue music and practice it after work ･････　I respect them.　One of members of the band quit his job because of music……My fellow worker is always funny, but works hard very much.　
She did not sleep at the time ,like time of a meeting of a company,　 She missed so many shutter chances of taking his photograph.　 I felt her love to music and him　from her expression.

I have called her by her nickname from some genius person for her funny action so far, but from today I’ll call her by her nickname because she has talent !

今日は会社の同僚の彼氏が演奏しているライブに行きました。私の同僚も弾き語りのライブを来週に控えています。二人は音楽カップルなのです。
音楽の才能なんてない私でもとても楽しめました。
音楽を続けるために仕事を続けて、仕事の後に練習をして、尊敬しちゃいます。
今日のバンドのメンバーの１人は、音楽の為に仕事も辞めてしまったそうです。
私の同僚はというと、かなり天然な行動をしてはいますが、仕事もめちゃめちゃ頑張っています。今日は会社のミーティングの時のように眠ってはいませんでしたが、彼の写真を撮ろうとしてシャッターチャンスを逃していました。彼女の表情から、音楽への愛情と彼への愛情を感じました。

今までは彼女のおかしな行動に対して天才と呼ばれた人のあだ名をつけていましたが,
これからは才能があるからそう呼ぶことに決めました。

How many hours can you work?

I don't know ...if I'm blunder or I have too much work to do .
　It is only several days between one year that I finish work at at finish time of work , and return.　　And I say to my coworkers with strong determination all day "I'm leaving the office at finish time of work today!!" Also I feel bad to my coworkers when I leave my office.
But nobody says and thinks that I shouldn't leave at finish time of work . Because the company where I work is a temporary personnel service company, so we need to contact to introduce jobs to people after people finish their work , so our company is an overtime work mode.

I was asked about 36 agreements today . After I checked about it , I knew my company's and laughed . 36 agreements are called "Saburoku Kyoutei" It is called by such a name from a thing in Labor Standards Law Article 36. 36 agreements is that how many hours a company forgives overtime work of employees (a company can make them work) and submit it to labor standards supervision station.

Our company's is 8hours a day………and finish time of our company is 5:45pm…………it means I CAN WORK UNTIL 1:45 AM !!!

Oh , I see. 　　　

Well this is a limit and cannot work every day because there is a rule else, like 45hours a month and 360hours a year.
Thank my company ...

Japanese is hard workers ♪

私がどんくさいのか、仕事量が多いのかは別として、定時で仕事を終えて帰るってことは１年間にほんの数回。しかもその日は、「今日は定時で帰るから！」と、強い決意で周りにもアピールをしつつ１日を過ごします。そしてなぜか、ちょっと申し訳ない気持ちで帰ることになるのです。
誰も帰っちゃいけないないなんて言わないし、思ってもないのにです。私の働いている会社は、派遣会社ということもあり、勤務後に派遣スタッフの方とコンタクトをとったり、まだ勤務されている方に仕事紹介をする必要があるので、会社全体が残業モードなのです。

今日、たまたま36協定のことを聞かれて対応してたのですが、あらためて見てみると笑えました。36協定は、サブロク協定と読みます。労働基準法第３６条にあることからこのような名称で呼ばれているのです。36協定とは、簡単に言うと、会社が社員にどれだけ残業時間を許すか（させることができるか？）の限度を労働基準監督署に提出するものです。

うちの会社のは1日8時間で提出していて........定時は17：45なので........夜中の1：45まで残業可能！？まぁ、1ｹ月45時間以内、1年で360時間以内なので毎日1：45までは働けないですけどね（笑）

I read a book of "the backside of food" I didn't know about food additives very much , but one thing I knew about food additives is that it's not to be good for a body .
The book was written by the guy who used to be a top of salesmen at a food additives company.

The impression that I read is that someone can make anything what someone tries to make !　My favorite strawberry taste ,kamaboko and healthy salad seem to be used by artificial coloring that was made of insects ground or soak them in bleach . The fact disappointed me more than I have thought. I know some food I sometimes buy are not good ,but I was very surprised that some food that says mother's taste or grandmother's tast are not good. They look good for a body! The old manufacturing method is suffers from both time and money .so some craftsmen give it up and uses food additives. Also most of consumers love convenient and cheep.Now it's too difficult to find additive free food.

I was one of that kind of consumer, but after I read the book ,I check staple! I care about my body so much these days.....the reason is I'm getting old?

”食品の裏側”という本を読みました。食品添加物についてよく知らないけれど、何となく身体に良くないものという事だけが私の知っていることでした。食品添加物の会社で働いていた元トップセールスマンが書いているこの本。
読んだ感想は、”今の時代、作ろうと思えば何でも作れるんだなぁ”ってことです。私の大好きなイチゴ味もカマボコも健康そうなサラダも。虫をすりつぶして作られた着色料や漂白剤に浸されてるなんて、やっぱりショックです。味の素やだしの素なんかは便利なので、身体に良くないと知った上で使っちゃいますが、「おふくろの味」「おばあちゃんの味」なんて書いて売ってあると、いかにも無添加に見えて買ってしまうのに。なおさらびっくりです。手間ひまかけて昔ながらの製法で作るというのは、時間も労力もかかるしコストもかかってしまうから、職人さんたちも諦めて食品添加物に手をだしてしまうなんて、消費者のせいでもあるんだなってわかりました。まぁ、だからって、食品添加物を使っていない食品を探すほうが大変です。

でも、この本を読むまでは便利大好きだった私も、買い物するときに"原材料”を見るようになりました。

身体を気遣うなんて歳のせいでしょうか～

"The early bird "

We say "The early bird catches the worm"
I feel something funny when I go to work. I am not an early riser, but　I don't get my office barely in working start time , I usually go there a little earlier on working start time.When I go to my office barely in working start time a few times a month, I found something funny about people　including me.

When I go to my office a little earlier on working start time, people including me are polite and kind. we don't ignore a red light at each traffic light . we make way for each other when we take elevator. The people look like calm people !

I'm sure that having time to spare gives people inner reserves.
Even if they are simple early riser,they look capable person!!

早起きは三文の得と言いますが、おもしろいな～と思うことがあります。
私は別に早起きが得意なわけではありませんが、私はたいてい就業開始間際ではなく、少し早めに出勤します。おもしろいと思うのは、月に何度か就業開始ギリギリに出勤した時に感じることです。

早めに出勤している時の通勤途中では、礼儀正しく親切です！私達は信号無視をしないし、エレベーターに乗るときも譲り合います。落ち着きのある人って感じなのです。　

私がギリギリ出勤してる時には、もちろんみんなほぼ全ての信号を無視しまくり、エレベーターに乗るときは、押し合うように乗るだけではなく、閉まりかけたエレベーターにも無理やり乗り込もうとします。

時間の余裕って、人に心の余裕まで与えてしまうに違いありません！
たとえその人ヒトが単タンなる「早起ハヤオきさん」だったとしても・・・・・です。

Modus operandi

A woman of the client whom I know came to my office for greeting of resignation today.She decided to quit her job on the end of this month, because she has wanted to become a cabin attendant. While she was talking about that ,she seemed full of life.

Most companies in Japan still operate on a system of lifetime employment and promotion according to length of service ,so it is unwilling that people resign from a company guaranteed until they retire. Also they worry that they are doubted the reason they left a company.
I have worked in a company doing a temporary employees' agency for 5years, I think that among young people, the consciousness to devote life to one company faded recently.
I think that it's good and not so good.
Because I think that the reason why a postwar Japanese company grew rapidly is love of Corporation to where they believe that they will work until they retire .

I think that it is good that there is various modus operandi of work style and I really respect them.

今日は、取引先の女性が退職の挨拶に来られました。スチュワードになりたい夢を追うため、今月末で退職しますとのことでした。その話をしているときの彼女は、本当に生き生きしていました♪

日本の会社の多くは、まだ年功序列型で終身雇用です。なので、定年まで保証された会社を辞めることは不安なことのようです。それに辞めた理由を疑われやしないかと心配になることもあるようです。
私は派遣会社に５年ほど勤務していますが、最近の若い人達の間では、１つの会社に一生を捧げるという意識は薄れているように思います。
良くもあり、悪くもありのように思います。
だって、戦後の日本企業があんなに目まぐるしく成長した理由の１つは、”この会社で一生働くんだ！”と信じて働いた愛社精神だと思うのです。
個人的には、いろんな働き方がある方が良いと思います。
でも戦後頑張った方達を尊敬しちゃいます。

【FINE】 is fine ?

Traffic regulations on illegal parking in Japan was revised on June 1th .
■Other than a police officer, some private parking watchmen confirm an illegally parked parking violation , too.
■They supervise illegally parked parking of a short time too .
■Also the owner who does not pay money of illegally parked violation is not able to get a right of automobile inspection.

When a member of private parking watchman discovers illegal parking and identified it as the inside of car and the illegally parked vehicle which a driver is not near by, at first watchman photographs it with a digital camera from the rear.　And then they input the violation situation into a handheld unit and print out a sticker and put it on windshields. They take a photograph again from front, and work is finished. Violation is valid at a point in time when they put a sticker on.
I think that this revision is hard revision to people to deliver, but that it is good revision for an ambulance.

Well.....I remember I was very surprised when I knew that a sigh of " FINE " in America means that have to pay money for illegal parking !!
I'm sure that FINE means GOOD for Japanese!!

6月1日に、駐車違反に関する「道路交通法」が改正されました。
■警察官以外に、民間の駐車監視員も放置駐車違反の確認を行い
■短時間の放置駐車も取り締まり
■さらに、放置違反金を納付しないと車検が受けられなくなります
違法駐車を発見し、車内や付近にドライバーがいない放置車両と確認した場合、まず後方からデジタルカメラで撮影。携帯端末に違反状況を入力してステッカー（確認標章）をプリントアウトし、フロントガラスなどに取り付ける。前方から再度写真を撮り、作業は終了。違反はステッカーを張った時点で成立するそうです。
荷物を配達する人達にとってはつらい話ですが、救急車のためには良いと思います。

そういえば、アメリカの「FINE」っていう標識は、罰金とるよって意味だと聞いたとき、かなり驚いたのを覚えています。
日本人にとって、「FINE」といえば、良いですよ～って意味ですよね。

英語ってむつかしい・・・・・・・。

Good bargain for me

By the development of Internet, it's possible to watch a newspaper and a book on Internet recently. but I still like reading them on papers. I and my mom really love reading,my mom always says "News papers are so cheaper than she thinks it should be" I really agree with her.

About newspaper ,nationwide newspaper and local newspaper coexist in each region in Japan. In addition to sale in shop , almost all morning and evening newspapers are delivered to homes and offices . We can know many information in a newspaper as an article, Also we can know some accidents , some cases , politics and some kind of knowledge…In not only Japan but also about foreign countries.

About books--The writer spends long time to write it and makes an effort, even if we do not experience it, I can become happy or angry and sometimes I cry.

A cost of one month of a newspaper　is about 35$ .
It depends on a book but a cost of a book is around 15$.

I can be disappointed to sometimes buy a dull book......but I think that a newspaper and a book are bargains!!

最近はインターネットの発達で、新聞とか本もネットで読めるようになりました。私はまだ、紙で読むほうがすきなのですが。母と私は読むってことが大好きです。母はいつも「新聞て絶対に安いと思うわーー」と言っていて、私もそのとおりだと思います。

新聞に関して言うと、全国紙やら地方紙やらいろいろありますが、店で売っているのに加えて、朝晩ほぼ毎日、家や会社に届けてくれます。私達は、記事としていろんな情報を得ることができるし、事件や事故、政治やらなんか知識めいたものまで知ることができます。それも日本国内にとどまらず海外のことまで。
本について言うと、どこかの誰かが、長い時間一生懸命書いたものを読んで、自分が経験していなくても幸せな気分になったり、腹が立ったり、泣くこともあったりします。

新聞の一ヶ月の料金が約3,500円。
本にもよりますが、だいたい1,500円。

つまらない本を買ってしまい、がっかりすることもありますが、新聞や本ってお買い得だと思います！

Solar Light

I did my laundry today,because the weather news said that it would be sunny on this weekend. Before I moved to this apartment,I didn't care about the weather for my laundry. I could do laundry any time I wanted,even if it rained heavily. Because a shower room at the apartment I had lived had a drier.
My mom always complained about that .
" What a lazy daughter !! It is common sense that the clothes are dried by solar light.It kills bacteria! not in the drier!!
I always answered her " I'm not lazy......Drying clothes by using drier is just convenient!"

However She is right ,even if she doesn't know scientfic fact...Japanese dry their clothes at outside, because most of Japanese think the same way as my mom.
But when I had stayed in Canada,I didn't see any clothes at the outside,my host mother dried my clothes by her drier.............

Now I don't have a drier ,I have to dry clothes at the outside.
My clothes dry, basking in the light of　the sun and air pollution in the big city...

今週末は晴れだとお天気ニュースが言うので洗濯をしました。今のアパートに引っ越す前は、お天気なんて気にもしませんでした。前のアパートには、お風呂に乾燥機がついていたので、どんな激しい雨の日でも洗濯ができたのです。うちの母はいつも　”あんたはほんまに横着やねーー！洗濯もんは太陽の光で乾かすんが当たり前でしょ！太陽が殺菌してくれるのに！乾燥機はそんなんしてくれへんよ！”
私はいつも”横着とかちゃうよ。便利やねん”と答えていました。

まあ、うちの母は科学的な事実は知らないでしょうが正しいんですけど。ほとんどの日本人はうちの母と同じように思ってますね。みんな外に干してますから。でも私がカナダに滞在していた時は、そんな光景を目にすることはなかったし、ホストマザーも乾燥機で乾かしてくれてました。

今はもう乾燥機がないので、外に干すしかありません。
私の洋服は、太陽の光と大気汚染にまみれて乾いています。。。

Su-konbu(酢こんぶ）

It is said that people's taste changes with years, it's true. Many food I didn't like became my favorite. One of them is "Su-konbu"- Vinegar sea tangle.
At first dried sea tangles are soaked in some special seasoning , and then they are covered by vinegar powder. it's a kind of snack.

When I was child, my grandmother always gave me sukonbu as my snack. Although it was very painful, I was able to say nothing for her kindness because I loved my grandma. Sukonbu was my grandma's favorite.
I really don't know when my taste has changed , It has gone into my favorite. Although our surroundings are flooded with a Western-style cake recently , one of the features of this Japanese snack are good for health.

Now Sukonbu is my grandma and my favorite!
I heared that it's good for a diet , skin and it may make you live longer too!

人の嗜好は変わると言われますが、本当だなって思います。前は嫌いだった食べ物を好きになってます。その中のひとつに、”酢こんぶ”があります。
乾いた昆布を調味料に浸して、酢のパウダーをかけて作られる、おやつの一種です。

私が小さいとき、おばあちゃんがいっつもお菓子としてくれてました。子供の頃はそれがつらかったんですけど、おばあちゃんが大好きだったので、せっかくくれるのに。。と何も言えませんでした。おばあちゃんの好きなお菓子だったし。
いったいいつ私の嗜好が変わったのかわかりませんが、いつのまにか酢こんぶは私の好物になっていました。最近は、私たちのまわりは外国のお菓子であふれかえっていますが、この日本のお菓子の特徴は身体に良いことです。

今は、酢こんぶはおばあちゃんと私のお気に入りです。
ダイエットにも肌にも良いらしく、長生きもできるかもしれません。

Funny Habit

Anyone has some kind of habits. it may be sometimes funny for other people.
One of my habit is connected the reason why my friends and coworkers call me an exchange broker. When I pay for anything by cash,I always pay bills UNCUNSCIOUSLY,even if it's small price..even if I have coins. It means that I receive much coins as change. And then I UNCONSCIOUSLY　put all coins in somewhere, sometimes in a pocket of my coat or pants ,sometimes in a pocket of my bag. After few days ,coins make my things heavier,so I put all coins in my piggy bank at my office. Most of my coworkers know my that habit ,so whenever they need to pay coins , they ask me to change bill to coins. that's why they call me the exchange broker!

I sometimes give my clothes and bags I don't need to my mom, one time she found many coins I had forgotten check.She called and said to me　fortunately "I am so LUCKY! I found much money!! " Hello...mom....it's too clear those are my money....YOUR　DAUGHTER'S　MONEY..
We don't call it a luck.

人それぞれいろんな癖がありますが。他の人にとってはおかしな癖に見える時もあります。
私の癖の１つは、私が「両替商」と呼ばれる理由です。私は現金で何かを払うとき、いっつも無意識に札で払ってしまいます。すごく小額の時で,しかも小銭を持っていてもです。つまり、小銭を沢山受け取ることになり、また無意識に上着のポケットだとか、カバンのポケットだとかに入れてしまいます。何日かすると、やけに上着やカバンが重くなってくるので、会社に置いてる貯金箱に小銭を入れてます。会社の人達は私の癖をしっているので、小銭が必要なときには両替にやってきます。というわけで「両替商」と呼ばれています。

時々、いらなくなった服とかカバンを母にあげるのですが、１度母は、私がチェックし忘れた小銭を上着やらカバンから見つけたらしく、「私すごいラッキーやわ。いっぱいお金見つけたーー！！」と幸せそうに私に言ってました。

もしもし....お母さん...それが私のお金ってことははっきりしてるんですけど...
あなたの娘のお金です。　
それは「ラッキーやわー」とは言わないんですよ。
