Taste difference

I went to Tokyo for business trip today again. But I wasn't alone today . with 2 coworkers. So I could enjoy the way I always do.

Eating Udon (a bowl of noodles in soy-flavored soup)at a boarding gate particularly.
Only we can order Udon or Soba(buckwheat noodles) and pick toppings we want. Udon is Kansai area wind soup stock and Soba is Kanto area wind soup stock are normal, but can change soup stock . Because soup stock of Kansai is light and soup stock of Kanto is thick BADLY are normal , it is changed into even instant cup udon.

I can't eat soup stock of Kanto even if I can eat Udon alone at the airport.....

今日も東京出張。でも今日は一人じゃない。なので、私のいつものコースも楽しくすごせました。

特に、搭乗口横で食べるうどん。「すうどん」か「すそば」しか注文できないけれど、トッピングを自分で取って食べれます。うどんは関西風だしで、そばは関東風だしというのが標準ですが、希望を言えばだしを交換できます。関西のだしは薄く、関東のだしは濃いのが普通なので、インスタントのカップうどんでさえ、だしは変えてるそうですね・・。

たしかに、空港で独りでうどんは食べれても、関東風だしのカップうどんは食べれない。
