Japanese Food

Someone I know on my work entertained me at a Japanese restaurant. If you really like Japanese food, try that restaurant─they serve the real thing.
What is the real Japanese dish? It's ...the cooking that developed orginally in Japanese climate , it is the dish which respected a sense of the seasons , it's cooked by fresh fushely products.One important thing about Japanese dish is that should be made of a characteristic of fresh materials ! Sashimi , food boiled and seasoned, grilled fish and soup .... that's why chefs of Japanese food does not use strong spice. except Wasabi? One more important thing is enjoy to look at food carefully . The chefs a kind of a nice simple container put its ingenuity to serve it, and respect seemliness! Their skill deserves respect ! However Japanese eating habits have become quite deverse with all the changes of Westernization.And the vegetables came to be brought up with a chemical pesticide.Pollution of the sea advanced, and we are not sure that eating fish is healthy for body.....I feel like understanding that organic vegetables are getting so popular to taste characteristic of fresh materials and for our heath.......
